Bueler’s Day Off Offerings

1:1 Work

At Bueler’s Day Off Consulting, the support I offer isn’t your typical therapy, life coaching, or healing session. It's outside the box, grounded, realistic, and rooted in the daily challenges we face. We’re living in a world where simply surviving is often the goal—so I meet you where you are, with radical care for both yourself and your community.

This work isn’t confined to a typical office or set schedule. Sessions don’t need to happen weekly. For those in San Francisco, I offer the option to meet in nature—yes, nature—for our work together. Whether it's at a beach, in a park, or wherever feels most alive to you, I believe we can do transformative work outside the usual confines of walls and screens. Online sessions are also available for those who need them.

1:1 Work Offerings

You deserve care that meets you where you are. Let’s take that step together.

With a background in school counseling, college and career advising, and socioemotional support, I bring a strong foundation of experience to my coaching. I’ve worked with college students, families, and adults navigating transitions—whether related to education, careers, relationships, or figuring out how to take better care of themselves. I understand that each person’s journey is unique, and that’s why I believe in meeting you where you are. You are the best researcher of your own life, and together, we’ll explore what you need to move forward, authentically and with intention.

I am deeply committed to cultural competence and humility, ensuring that the support I provide reflects an understanding of the intersectionality of race, class, gender, and other identities in how we experience and navigate the world. In our work together, we’ll address these realities and work toward tangible, radical care that can sustain you in the face of life’s challenges.I’m here to support you in whatever capacity feels right for you, and I will always be honest about where my expertise aligns with your needs. If I can’t provide the support you need, I will refer you to someone who can.

Sliding Scale Access

I am committed to offering a sliding scale to make my services accessible to as many people as possible. Access to therapy, holistic healing, somatic practices, and other wellness modalities is vital, especially in a system where access to proper healthcare (including mental health support) is limited. Without sliding scale services, my own access to therapy, acupuncture, and reiki would have been impossible, and I want to ensure that others have the same opportunities for care and healing.

Why Sliding Scale Matters

A sliding scale allows me to meet people where they are financially, ensuring that everyone can access care based on their resources. This is particularly important in a society where financial access and value are influenced by systems of inequality—whether based on race, gender identity, disability/ability, immigration status, or primary language. Financial privilege can vary greatly depending on many factors, such as caregiving responsibilities, access to generational wealth, or the costs associated with disability.

A sliding scale encourages individuals to contribute what they can, with those who have greater financial privilege offering more, thereby supporting those with fewer resources.

A Community-Centered Approach

I believe in centering community in this work. My ability to offer sliding scale options is made possible by the generosity and donations of others. If you’re in a position to give, I encourage you to donate a session or more to help support others in need of care. Radical care is about not just taking care of ourselves but also taking care of others.

We are all called to contribute in ways that are meaningful to us—some through financial support, others through time, and many through both. Let’s embody the importance of the collective over the individual, supporting each other as we all navigate this journey together.

“A capitalist system determines our financial access and value by race, perceived gender identity, disability/ability, immigration status, and/or primary language among many other systems of imposed hierarchy. There is no exact formula that determines what each of us can afford, because income is not the only determining factor. For example, your relationship to money might also be affected by being a caregiver, your access to generational wealth, and/or costs related to a disability. A sliding scale is used to encourage people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege contribute more, allowing those with less access, to pay according to their means.”
